I am a senior who has been working out in a gym with a trainer for the last 25 years. I have used a lot of different pieces of equipment and machines. When Meghan, my trainer of around 3 years, introduced me to landmine exercises, I got very excited. This is something I can accomplish and become stronger at. Landmine movements are very versatile and can be used in lots of different applications, and as long as your form is correct you can add more weight. I love a challenge and new goals.
